Please check the compatibility of Win 10 with your peripherals. some printer manufacturers do not have drivers for their printers compatible with Win 10. Then it is necessary to solve it by downloading the driver e.g. to Win 8.1 and hope that the printer will run without problems. I finally succeeded (Canon MP980).
