supports only passive poe 24V=, so forget about power from a standard poe switch. The only way is to buy a Mikrotik switch that has outputs for passive poe, or use the supplied adapters with injectors. This would mean that with four cap lite, you would have four 230V/24V= adapters on a classic switch and therefore need four 230V sockets.
