I decided to buy the chair despite some negative reviews. I was worried about the armrests, but they are perfectly fine. I don't know why they're making such a big deal about it. With my other work chair, which is once as expensive, the armrests don't even hold my height, let alone adjust the angle and extension. It's stiffer here and it holds the height firmly. Normally you can buckle up and get out of the chair. For the money, I think it's far better than a chair for 20k.

relatively flexible backrest
for lilliputians - someone wrote here "above 180cm the headrest pushes into the shoulders" = mistake, I'm barely 175 and the headrest pushes the same, it would push even at 170cm in an upright position - (of course it can't be adjusted)
inability to adjust backrest resistance
the anchoring of the armrests seems to me to be a manufacturing defect, too loose
the seat is hard, it's not really for longer work
the backrest on my piece also smelled like death, after a week it got better, but it still smells like a moldy rag
thanks to the adjustability of the seat depth and the mechanism that enables it (rails), the seat does not tilt uncomfortably
for 10k it's not great

For me, so far, it is a disappointment. I'll try to make some adjustments to the chair in the seating setup but the material can't be changed anymore. no more faux leather chairs.

high quality design and robustness (except for the headrest grip and wobbling armrests)
Too hard armrests. my elbows hurt after leaning on the armrests for so long. I need to buy some padding
I also find the seat quite hard and it pushes me from the bottom to the area above my knees for some reason.
Unfortunately, I bought the faux leather variant and due to the total impermeability of this material, the background gets very, very hot. I can't sit in a chair for more than an hour at a time because of this.

Very adjustable.
Despite these negatives I rate the chair with full points, for me they are minor points.
The headrest and armrest anchor plastics are cheap, the beak of the headrest anchor cap broke off immediately.
The adjustable armrests can be repositioned with a little force, they do not hold the position, they dislocate.
