After 4 months, all the wheels have fallen apart, the manufacturer used poor quality plastic and therefore do not have the correct load capacity.
However, Alza does not sell a set of six wheels, but only five.
The wheels cannot be bought elsewhere because they have a non-standard 12 mm mandrel.

You have to be really big so that your hands rest freely on the armrests. If there was another threaded hole in the armrests, the armrests could move about 1-2 cm closer to the seat.

I chose this chair based on the review, but now I have the feeling that the people who were happy wrote that they found a chair that would take them. It looks like 430 € for an office chair is probably not enough today.
the chair is really big and relatively comfortable

the backrest has a great will, it moves from side to side
the armrests are held by only one screw, they come loose
adjustability is very average, it looked better on papers
the inflatable part of the backrest is really just an example, in reality it doesn' t work extra, plus it is questionable whether the balloon will seal even in a few months
when adjusting, you must lean forward properly to reach the control “levers“, so in practice with one hand I push the backrest back to the desired position and with the other hand I secure the lever.
“control levers“ look cheap, adjustment is non-intuitive, I feel that they will not last long.
there could really be a headrest for that money

the cross is made of plastic (nylon), but it has 6 arms and is really strong

possibility to tilt and move the seat cushion
seat height can be adjusted to a higher position than usual - suitable for taller figures
somewhat heavier and takes more time to assemble in one person
Alza's "price wizardry" before BlackFriday (to make it more expensive and then to make it cheaper): -D
price for some, but chairs of similar quality and parameters are also for 30k (so for less than 9k it is acceptable)

It takes a while to set it up properly, but it's worth it. Back pain at work has almost completely subsided
Even the minimum adjustable height is quite high, so be careful if you really need the XXL variant. I'm comfortable on it, but my wife's feet are in the air
