The backrest is kind of a bit of a fake. I have an ergonomic lumbar support built in on one chair, so I was looking for something similar on a chair that doesn't. But what I found is a bulky, bulky pillow, which (admittedly, I could have noticed it when I bought it) by its height alone suggests that it can't possibly fit into the lumbar spine. For that, you need something much narrower that fits, not a pillow like this that comes halfway up your back. I really don't understand the point of using it given the dimensions, and I feel sorry for people who praise its effectiveness, because in reality it does maximally support the back but certainly not the lumbar spine, which is the main purpose of a lumbar support.

It straightens me well both in the car and especially on the office chair. More warmth in the back, which won't be a bad thing in winter. You just have to get used to the pad because of the different seating position, especially in the car.

Bought for an unsuitable office chair together with a seat cushion. Unfortunately, most common (assigned) office chairs have a backrest for fun rather than to functionally aid proper posture, so there is no choice but to help yourself with accessories of this type. The backrest is big enough, just soft enough and very well shaped. Even the most desperate "Comfort" or "President" chairs can make an acceptable place to sit at a PC for eight hours without gradually killing your back. I definitely recommend it!
