I bought the chair thinking that it was not comfortable and that it would force me not to sit in one position for a long time. She's done that to a tee. Positionability is good and thanks to the wide seat cushion there is no problem e.g. Turkish sit. But what I haven't counted on is that the narrow padding of the "operak" is so uncomfortable that it hurts, literally. I just don't always want to change the seat every 60 minutes, but the narrow padding doesn't distribute the weight over a larger area of the back and only pushes on the heels, which starts to hurt. I don't really understand why the whole surface of the operak can't be padded, it would be incredibly helpful. When kneeling or squatting, when you do not have the chance to "lock" your feet on the ground, I turn on the chair, even if I do not want to, and I have to adjust the position so that I can have my forearms on the table and thus anticipate the turning. A tighter turning circle shouldn't bother anyone. The biggest minus is the fact that after a year the mechanism wobbled and quite a lot. I squat, kneel, sit on the chair, I use it for what it is intended for and according to the instructions. I'd expect her to be ready for that. It's quite uncomfortable in the squat. That's why I give it 2/5 instead of 4/5.

If you are looking for it, go to the showroom and try it. But if you are not an athlete with perfect posture, then this is not an option for you.
