From NOCTUA, standard, quality you pay extra for, but if you have a suitable case, there is nothing to worry about. It is a pleasure to unpack and install this massive "giant". The 140mm fan is impressive.
I was a little surprised by the effectiveness. Compared to other (smaller 120mm) it is less efficient than I expected. I attribute this to the very long heatpipes. But, again, it cools the whole board and as long as you don't crash, don't worry about any of the gear and like silence, you're OK.

Everything you need is in the package including a screwdriver and quality paste.

It's really huge, but it fits in small cabinets, the problem is the air flow through the cabinet
When assembling with the fan on, it is written in the manual that it can be screwed through the prepared holes, but you need to push the fan quite hard to get there.
