Oclean is my first electric toothbrush, so I don't have a comparison unfortunately. But I chose it for a long time according to available reviews and technical specifications.
Oclean was not reviewed by too many people, but the feedback was great and the parameters didn't seem to be too bad either.
And I don't regret it. The brush offers a very wide range of different settings that can be combined with each other to adapt them to your own needs.
But if you don't know what cleaning needs you actually have, the mobile app comes up with a simple diagnostic that recommends one of the preset programmes. This is then uploaded via bluetooth to the toothbrush. After clicking on the program, you can also find out which part of the mouth to clean at which stage. The toothbrush remembers the recorded mode and sticks to it until you change it yourself.
I think it's great at this price level and I dare say it might even beat more expensive brushes (judging by their reviews and parameters).
