For the first time, the system itself automatically detected and set the memory frequency 3600MHz and CL18, more precisely CL: 18, tRCD: 22, tRP: 22, tRAS: 42, tRFC: 991, CR: 2T.
I haven' t done OC / debugging yet.
After about a week of installation, still stable, no problems.
In the motherboard Gigabyte Z170-D3H-CF with Skylake Ci7 6700K processor.
RANK DUAL, XMP 2.0, Chip Manufacturer: SK Hynix, Part Number: “3600 C18 Series“.
So far none, perhaps the only potential negative is that they have completely unnecessarily (because of the design? ) higher heatsink height, which may interfere / prevent the CPU heatsink installation with some motherboards.

decent memory at a good price
runs perfectly fine at the base frequency
3600 MHz frequency is only as XMP profile 1, on one board it runs without any problems, on the other it bites (the screen gets stuck, which is covered with black color) - in the board where they run fine there is better cooling
they are high and in small boards they are quite close to the CPU tower fan and interfere with the fan
