This is my second Philips Sonicare DiamondClean. The previous one served for about 7 years, but then more or less overnight, the battery died and lasted a maximum of one day. I' m afraid of a fairly high number of complaints with the new model, anyway after registration there is a 3-year warranty. Anyway, I was happy with the previous model, so I didn' t consider a change. The new version has a better designed rubber seal in the place where the cleaning head is attached. The only detail that I don' t quite like is the division of 2 minutes of cleaning into 6 time periods. Originally there were only 4, when you cleaned one quarter of your teeth each time, there is nothing to spoil. However, once you have each floor divided into 3 parts, it seems to me that you either do not clean the gaps between the individual parts unnecessarily or you overlap unnecessarily. You can watch it with your mouth open in front of the mirror like in all the commercials, but you really don' t want to wash the mirror after brushing your teeth: -)
cleans really thoroughly, I wouldn' t want to go back to a classic brush
according to the parameters, the battery life is weaker compared to the previous model (3 => 2 weeks)

Philips will give you an extra 1 year FREE warranty when you register your product, you won't read that anywhere. Alza offers 1 year of warranty for 500, - and another year for 250, -, and they still call if you need something - maybe the extra year of warranty.

The brush almost met my expectations. The teeth are felt and seen better cleaned. I like the design of the brush very much, it feels nice in the hand, it's not a cheap plastic. The wireless charging with a glass also looks very good, although it takes a longer time to fully charge the brush, but then it lasts about fourteen days to clean. It takes a while to get used to the armor, but after a while I don't notice it anymore.
A mouth shower works well too, it just takes a bit of practice. I would have welcomed a pulse design of the shower button though, the on/off system is impractical.
The app has let me down, it's actually just a slightly nicer two minute timer that buzzes after twenty seconds to tell me to move on to the next six teeth. I was expecting guidance via animations on where I cleaned more, where I missed, etc. Overall, though, I feel like I got what I paid for.
