In general, I rate the toothbrush great. It cleans the teeth perfectly and does not scratch or scrape the gums, unlike the rotary (we had Oral-B before).
I'm taking off one star because the app is too fiddly for my taste. If you need fewer accessories, buy the cheaper version without the "smart" app. It looks clever, but the toothbrush really only senses which way it is facing and therefore whether you are cleaning the inside or outside of your teeth. If you clean the plates, it registers as if you didn't clean at all. He divides the mouth into six sections. If you don't give a page enough time in a section, the app will prompt you to finish cleaning after the cleaning cycle is complete. But they don't know how to work it properly. It keeps stats on how you brushed your teeth and, if you use a touch-up, the app only remembers that and then hangs in the report that you only brushed your teeth for maybe 20 seconds when the reality is 2 minutes + 20 seconds of touch-up.
I've been using the app for about a month. The only positive thing about it is that it teaches the correct cleaning technique.
