I admit I expected something else for the money and returned the barrel. Personally, I think the main stumbling block for me is that I have a small living room of about 18m². Maybe that was the reason why the vertical speakers had no effect (yes I tried playing with the settings, spacing, had eARC plugged in, played movies with 5.1 or Dolby Surround effects, yes I had it set up on the TV too. as I wrote above, I played with it for 3 days) and it just didn't play much. When I put it over 12 it was really quite loud and a proper box just has to play loud to sing. I can imagine it in a family house with a large living room and better acoustics than in a small apartment.

If you want to put the rear crates on the wall, you will have to take your own advice. There is no bracket or screws for them, plus there is some other thread (the normal screw doesn't fit).
I played with it for 3 days and absolutely no sound above me even though it has 2 vertical speakers in the front and 2 in the back.

The soundbar is a big deal for me. Watch out, you have to play movies on it that have 3.1, 5.1, 7.1 audio. Etc. This option is fully provided by Netflix, which has most of its videos with 5.1 audio. When you buy the barrel and play Netflix with 5.1 audio, you'll want to sit in front of the TV for days.
Lots of luxurious Dolby Atmos sound in the movie, like in the cinema.
Music is not its strong point, it doesn't differ much in music from the 2.1 version of the files.
