I took the reviews into account and it was the right decision.
It's powerful and gets me up all the hills in the area, including an uphill path with an elevation gain of 180m over a distance of 1,800m. And I weigh 110kg.
Otherwise it brakes well, the light is incredibly bright, and the recuperation is good too. The indicators are only on the handlebars, but that's fine.
Charges very quickly
I recommend checking all the screws and nuts, including the bottom battery cover. I found several connections that weren't properly tightened.
I have a complaint about the Android app, registration and the failed connection via Bluetooth, followed by updates, as after registration, a scooter software update is necessary. And that's where the problem occurred. THE APP established some sort of pseudo-connection and it was impossible to get into the scooter through the app. IT SIMPLY DISCONNECTED AND THAT WAS IT. I struggled with it all day, tried a million tutorials and nothing worked. In the end, I figured it out and fixed the problem. Look for the issue in the Bluetooth cache of your phone (Android 16) - clear all connections. Next is the display power and clearing the app including all its data. The display, I had to disconnect the connector in the handlebar stem and leave it overnight so everything in it would be cleared. In the morning, the procedure is: you have to download and install Segway Mobility again, have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS turned on. Perform the installation again, from scratch. Only then did it start up, log in, and was confirmed by the start button as well. After that, all the updates went through, and the scooter including the mobile app now works as it should.
