Good purifier, but it has its flaws, we have been using two devices (living room and bedroom) for about a year now.
Elegant
Quietest yet and super for the power and size (I use it in the bedroom too)
Cleans the air, collects dust
Low consumption
Significantly reduces allergies
Breathe better
In summer it can create a "draft" which can be pleasant
The support is not the best, but sometimes you write to someone and you get some response, they don't try very hard on my side
Shows the lowest PM2.5: 008 and can't show 000 (other models can), they have reported it but don't care much
Temperature sensor is not very accurate, measured difference about 2 degrees and reacts slowly to temperature change
After a long time of use I have the feeling that the ionization does not work, but it may be a habit (unfortunately it can not be measured and detected)
In winter it was better, in warmer weather the air is stuffy, in a closed room there is a musty smell, dealt with support and nothing solved, we just have to keep the door or window open when cleaning the vent
Expensive filters to replace and if you use the purifier intensively, you would really want to change them often, so count on the cost
There is (or was) a child lock listed in the description, which is not there, again dealt with support and it doesn't look like they are interested in reprogramming the lock
