Dobrý den, v parametrech se uvádí různé filtry: Typ filtru HEPA, Uhlíkový, Prachový, Katalytický, UV záření, Filtr pevných částic, TiO2. Na našem e-shopu jsem nalezl jen 2: HEPA a uhlíkový. Ostatní filtry nemáte nebo jsou to nějaké čistitelné filtry, které se nekupují? Kde naleznu informaci, po jaké době se mají filtry měnit? Děkuji předem za informace

Dobrý den, Kde se dá prosím koupit nová (náhradní) UV lampa? došla mi čistička s rozbitou lampou a nemá na sobě žádný popisek podle čeho bych ji našel k objednání. a i kdyby prasklá nebyla, tak sama o sobě má určitou životnost a je třeba ji měnit. děkuji za odpověď

Dobrý den, nikde ani na stránkách výrobce nejsou vidět ionizátorové elektrody, které je potřeba čistit. Vidím jen ventilátor, lampu a pasivní filtry. Prosím jak to tedy je???
