The chair is good, but you won't learn that the balance chair is not suitable for long term sitting. It is healthy to sit on a balance chair, a balloon, anything wobbly, but for half an hour at most. Then you can overstretch the shoulder and back muscles, and in turn get problems that you did not have before using the chair. The good thing is that the balance insert (moulded rubber between two plates) is easy to dismantle, i.e. it's possible to make a normal, unbalanced chair.
