It's my first medical chair. So far definitely satisfied, because my back is obviously relieved.
It can be adjusted very well
The pain in the sacrum is subsiding
Suitable for people with short legs - it can be ridden very low
Quality seat cushion that should last a while (I sat through the last chair of another brand in about two months)

I can’t compare this chair with something cheaper or even more expensive, but the overall experience is great so far!
I’ve been choosing between a gaming chair, a regular one from shops like ikea and this.
Unlike those, TOPSTAR makes you sit comfortable while working. It holds your back, it can be adjusted fine in many directions.
Even expensive gaming chairs aren’t so good.
But I should notice that the back holder is pretty soft (it’s a special fabric), so may not be suitable for everyone
