easy assembly
reasonable price
ready for second fan
fits great even if you have more passive cooling on your motherboard

Powerful, and quiet, cooler - a great upgrade after the BOX cooler
Really quiet, even at maximum speed.
Wire clips for the second fan.
Tighter screws for tightening over the CPU.
