The top-of-the-line model, the Samsung Odyssey G9, boasts a world first: it is the first monitor to offer Dual-Quad High Definition (also DQHD), i.e. 5 120 × 1 440 pixels, combined with a QLED panel with a 240Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time and HDR 1000 support. This combination makes it a unique piece and a gamer's dream.
But the two lower models are not bad either. Both the Samsung Odyssey G5 and Odyssey G7 deliver 1.7 times the classic Full HD in the form of so-called WQHD with a ratio of 2,560 × 1,440 pixels at 27 and 32 inches.
Monitors Whose Visuals and Design Won't Disappoint
Flawless colour reproduction is a must - the combination of a QLED display and Quantum Dot technology and HDR support will take care of that.
