Since you can only buy Pandora online from very few retailers, I'm glad that Alza has a fairly large selection from this brand. What puzzled me was that the pendant did not come originally packaged. Luckily I have some boxes at home, but if someone is buying this for the first time, then they might be disappointed that they don't receive either a pouch or a box with it.

The pendants are really tiny
Alza doesn't ship in original packaging, it only came in an envelope - the Pandora gift box and pouch were missing. If you have one for someone as a gift, you have to get the packaging separately.
Exorbitant price - but you have to take that into account with Pandora: D
