Dobrý den, při větším otočení hlavou do strany ,se v pravém sluchátku ozývá někdy praskání a vypadává zvuk,jako když je poskozený konec kabelu připojený k pravému sluchátku.. Je to nepříjemné a chtěl bych si to nechat nějak opravit.?. Levé hraje normálně ,ale pravé vypadává zvuk, když se víc otočí hlavou nebo když se zahýbe se spojovacím kabelem sluchátek. Takhle se nedají nosit a poslouchat hudbu při sportu ani v práci. Prosím .Dá se s tím něco udělat? Záruka už vypršela,ale jinak jsem se sluchátky naprosto spokojen. Děkuji za odpověď. Dobrý den, chci se zeptat na dostupnost tohoto produktu, jelikož na e-shopu není napsáno skladem, ale "očekáváme 7. prosince" a dnes je 13.12. a produkt stále ve stejném stavu. Je to pouze chyba na e-shopu nebo produkt stále očekáváte?
