Real Time Data
The obvious advantage of Fitbit is its ability to provide real time data as you work out. It continuously measures your heart rate, a function that has been perfected by Fitbit. Using it, you will have enough data and information to optimize your training routine and lifestyle. Also take advantage of the Cardio Fitness Level feature for more personalized data.
There are many other important statistics that Fitbit measures. It counts steps and distance traveled, it will tell you the number of calories burned, and provide you with more and more statistical data about your daily activities. It will help you in your active lifestyle and will make sure that nothing is missed.
Taking Exercise to the Next Level
The list of companies offering fitness bracelets is long but thanks to sport mode, Fitbit gets you even more accurate and detailed data that relate to your particular activity. The bracelet is not just limited to numbers and graphs, thanks to GPS, you can get a real-time map view of your jogging routes.
Proper rest is crucial and now there are functions to measure proper sleeping habits with Fitbit. Based on real time data, the Fitbit calculates optimal sleep time. The alarm takes into account your sleeping habits when waking you up. It also measures your respiratory rate so you know when you need to relax and improve your health.

(kromě vyhodnocení grafů i nastavovat například denní cíle a budík). Děkuji
