A game of survival

Kids hunt monsters on their cell phones. In the forest, monsters hunt them. Innocent fun becomes a dangerous obsession.

Parents don't get it, kids love it. Monster Hunters is a game that schoolchildren spend their days playing. They have to catch imaginary monsters to progress to the next levels and beat their classmates. But to do that, you need to be in a certain place at a certain time. Even if it's in the middle of the night in a dark forest.

But what if there's something more than just a painted figure lurking among the trees? The same question is asked by criminals when a severed leg is found in the Klánovice forest. There's no sign of the rest of the body, but then more people start disappearing.
