The purchased product key must be activated in Uplay:

1) Go to https://uplay.ubisoft.com/en-GB and download the uPlay client version compatible with your operating system.
2) After installation, log in with your existing account or create a new one.
3) Click the "Key" icon on the top-right.
4) This opens the "Activate A Product" option. Enter your product key and click ”Activate".
5) Once activated, the game will automatically be added to your library.
6) Here you can install the game by clicking on the game icon and then "Download".

koupil jsem hru Assassins Creed: Unity a na Ubisoft žadné "3) Nahoře klikněte na ikonu klíče (Aktivovat klíč)" neexistuje. Proč to tam píšete??

Mám problém koupil jsem si hru na steamu a har má hroznou kvalitu tak se chci zeptat jestly se to někomu také nestalo a případně jak to opravit

Dobrý den, mám problém s tím, že se mi nezobrazuje licenční klíč ke hře. Hru jsem si našla a otevřela v sekci Moje Alza - Moje knihovna, Uplay od Ubisoftu mám naistalovaný se stejnou emailovou adresou jako mám na účtu Alza, ale stejně se mi při kliknutí na ikonku Zobrazit licenční kód stále objevuje - Čeká se na stažení licence, zkuste později.

Dobrý den, po zakoupení hry a vyhledání a zkopírování aktivačního klíče z knihovny na Alze do aplikace UPLAY, v sekci mé hry - aktivační klíč, mě to stále píše " Tento CD klíč nebo aktivační kód již byl na tomto účtu aktivován. Své hry najdete v knihovně Moje hry" V knihovně moje hry na UPLAY se mě tato hra neukazuje. Prosím o info, co dělám blbě. Děkuju moc za pomoc.

Dobrý den. Když zakoupím tuto hru je možno ji hrát(a registrovat klíč) přes Steam nebo to je úplně jiný poskytovatel na jiné aplikaci(stránce)? Děkuji za rychlou odpověď...

Dobry den! Ne vidim aktivaci klic k temu zbozi. Pise my - "Čeká se na stažení licence, zkuste později." Jak dlouho to trva? Dekuju!
