Call to arms
War with the Casimir Empire is imminent, and the Aston Union, as the strongest member of the Defence Alliance, has its hands full
While Admiral Sun Lin-shin must defend the allied planet of Tarnów with a single weakened task force, Admiral Sean Tyler has other worries. He has been discharged for his controversial actions in the Tristan civil war, but the boring life of a civil servant doesn't last long, and Tyler becomes embroiled in a dangerous game of espionage. The rules are completely different from those of space fleet combat, but just as deadly, and losing is unthinkable. The Hirano Sector is plunging into war, and Tyler, Sun, and Tristan heroine Vivian Evans must accept that whatever happens, their world will never be the same again.
