Deferred cases: last photo
The fourth standalone installment in the award-winning series
A young woman vanishes without a trace on her way home from a night out in Copenhagen. Six years later, a photograph of her appears online. She is sitting in an unknown car, her hair dishevelled, staring blankly at the camera. Who took the picture? And where is she now? Soon after, another, similar photo surfaces, but this time it shows a different woman who has been missing for seventeen years.
The head of the Skåne cold case team, Tess Hjalmarsson, is suspended due to a mistake she made. However, when profiler Carsten Morris turns to her for help, Tess gets on a train to Copenhagen and is drawn into a dramatic investigation into the mystery of the missing women.
For the fourth time, Tina Frennstedt takes readers on an exciting journey full of unexpected twists. Based on true events, this thrilling story once again unfolds at a remarkable pace.
