Is there any excuse for kidnapping a child? Even in a higher interest?

One dark night, twelve-year-old Luke is abducted to a mysterious asylum that resembles a high-security prison. And as if that weren't enough, the unknown kidnappers have a highly dangerous, downright warlike task for the boys and girls torn from their homes. A schoolboy gifted with exceptional intelligence has no choice but to grow up quickly and start looking for a way out of this nightmare with the help of his newfound friends. Will he make it before he is taken by his captors to places from which none of the children have returned? Only one thing is certain: this story about children is definitely not for children...
