Zdravím, zakoupil jsem teď v akci Antivir Kasperski, který mám v současné době již instalován na dobu 1 roku - licence mi končí v únoru 2018. Když mi nyní přijde nový aktivační kód, mohu ho vložit až po uplynutí platnosti původní licence, tedy až v únoru 2018, nebo má jeho uplatnění nějaký časový limit? Jinak řečeno mohu nechat stávající licenci uplynout až do konce její platnosti, a nově zakoupenou uplatnit až v únoru příštího roku?

Dobry den, k tovaru som dostal zadarmo elektronicku licenciu na antivirovz program ale nedostal som ju ... pise tam ze po zaplateni objednavky ktora je uz davno zaplatena. Dakujem za odpoved.

Eletronickou licenci na svém účtu vidím ale pokud si ji chci stáhnout do telefonu tak odkaz není funkční. Po klinutí na něj vyskočí server error odkaz byl změněn nebo odstraněn.telefon mám koupený nový ve stejný den jako licence.

Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem si licenci pro mobilní telefon Samsung S6 edge. Kde najdu aktivační kód pro stažení licence? Na účtence mám kód k tomuto produktu WZ993d, ale tím nelze produkt aktivovat. Děkuji
