Dobrý den, Peníze jsem zaplatil a kód nepřiel. V popisu produktu je uvedeno, že kód bude ihned ke stažení. Nejsem zdaleka jediný s tímto problémem za několik let a stále nedošlo k nápravě. Žádám o zaslání kódu, nebo o vrácení peněz.

Dobrý den, jak je to se zárukou na elektronické zboží? Chci si objednat roční členství v PS+, které bych ale aktivoval nejdříve za půl roku (po vypršení současného) a když sleduju, jaké mají někteří zákazníci problémy, tak mám docela obavy.
