They wrote about the book Queen of Fire
"The perfect ending to a masterful trilogy. "
Fantasy Book Review
"A spectacular conclusion to one of the best debut fantasy trilogies I've ever read. Anthony Ryan is the natural-born successor to David Gemmell and Britain's greatest fantasy talent. "
Fantasy Book Critic
"None of the characters are left untouched by war and loss, and Ryan seems happy to follow one of the cardinal rules of fiction writing - "kill your favorite heroes"... The vast majority of authors could learn from Ryan how to write characters in such a way that each one is truly interesting... Queen of Fire is the perfect ending to a masterful trilogy. "
Fantasy Book Review
"I would again praise the author's art and spare no praise. For example, the atmosphere of war, death and cruelty was built up very suggestively. "
