With love from Paris
The best Christmas present... is you
A novel full of love from the author of the Romantic Escapes series, Julie Caplin, writing under the name Jules Wake.
For many, Paris is the most romantic city in the world, but Siena is fleeing the French capital to escape her overbearing mother and a fiancé who is more interested in business and social status than in love. She seeks refuge with her sister near London, but Laurie’s plans have changed, so Siena is left in the company of the perpetually grumpy Jason. Living together is a major complication for them both, but over time they begin to get used to each other. Their initially work-focused weekend in Paris turns into moments full of desire. However, Siena is expected to return to France. But Christmas is a time for wishes to come true, not for obligations. And only Jason can make her dream come true. But he's not eager to get into a relationship with a woman who hasn't resolved her past. It's high time to clarify priorities and start really living.
Jules Wake
Jules Wake Before becoming a writer, the Yorkshire native worked in the world of PR for many well-known brands. This experience gave her the opportunity to hone her writing skills and also to get to know many of the European cities that feature in her literary work. Jules Wake had dreamed of a career as a writer since she was ten years old. In 2014, she debuted with the book Talk to Me. Her second novel, From Italy with Love, became a bestseller. The book is loosely connected in content to the other stories, From Paris with Love and From Rome with Love. The author captures the Christmas atmosphere in the novels Covent Garden in the Snow and Notting Hill in the Snow. Jules Wake's stories are set against the backdrop of attractive destinations, just like the popular Romantic Escapes series (The Little Paris Patisserie, The Castle in the Highlands), which the author wrote under the name Julie Caplin.
