This DX lens is designed for digital SLR cameras with a Nikon F mount. It boasts a focal length range from 18-55mm (optical zoom is 3.1x) with a f/3.5-5.6 aspect ratio, making it a truly universal lens for photography.

Perfectly sharp images every time

This lens comes with a new stepping motor that focuses much faster than its predecessor. In addition, it is much quieter, so it's also great for recording videos because the motor allows virtually no interference while focusing and re-focusing on different objects. Switching between the automatic and manual focus is done on the camera menu. You won't find any switches on the lens itself, so there are no unintentional changes that might occur while you are taking photos.

Vibration reduction ensures crisp and sharp handheld shots even in poor lighting conditions. The effectiveness of the stabiliser can improve up to 4 EV, which means that you can keep the exposure time 4 degrees longer than in the same situation without stabilisation.

For everyday use

The lens weighs only 205g and measures just 62.5mm in length. These compact dimensions make it an ideal companion for walks and hunting down the perfect shot. It has 7 diaphragm blades. The lens construction consists of 12 optical elements in 9 groups, including 2 aspherical glass elements. With all this, you can enjoy high-resolution images and vibrant videos with high-contrast and top-notch details.

Dobrý den, chtěl bych se zeptat, zda je tento objektiv kompatibilní s fotoaparatem D5100. Ve výčtu komaptibilních modelů není tento model obsažen, přesto že dle uvedených parametrů by kompatibilní být měl. Děkuji

Ale opravte si seznam těl fotoaparátů, máte tam i ty, na kterých nebude fungovat, je kompatibilní pouze s: Nikon DX řady D3300, D3400, D5300, D5500, D5600, D7100, D7200, D7500 a D500.
