Dobrý den,zakoupila jsem tento přístroj a chtěla jsem se zeptat,zda kromě nutnosti odstranování kávového oleje a odvápnování přístroje je také nutné čistit okruh mléka,a pokud ano,jak často,děkuji za Vaši odpověd.

Dobrý den, z pressovače je pokaždé káva(espresso) výrazně kyselá, ač jsme zkoušeli různá nastavení hrubosti mletí i teploty vody. Může to být způsobeno špatným tlakem (bary) přístroje? Jedná se o model Philips LatteGo 3200, nově zakoupený. Děkuji

Dobrý den, dnes jsem si tento kávovar objednala. Potřebuji vědět jestli součástí balení je i první aqua filtr. Ten jsem nepřikoupila a teď nevím jestli jsem pro první instalaci neudělala chybu. Děkuji

Dobrý den, mám dotaz, zda kávovar Philips Series 3200 LatteGo EP3246/70 není možné u nás sehnat i v bílé barvě. Našla jsem ho pouze v Polsku. Je to škoda, protože bíla barva je perfektní. Děkuji

Dneska je to 3 měsíce od zakoupení a ze spoda při tvoření kávy se leje voda. Zkoušel jsem vyčistit ale nic nezabralo. Hádám, že je někde prasklá nějaká hadička nebo těsnění. Pošlu ho na reklamaci teda?
