SIGMA 24mm F1.4 DG HSM ART for Canon
What is the difference between good photography and artwork? The answer is easy - the lens. That's why SIGMA offers a new range of ART lenses that are modern, light and compact. They will capture you with their high quality and attractive price. This ratio is essentially unique. The SIGMA 24mm F1.4 DG HSM ART telephoto lens is more compact than the SPORTS range. It is designed for shooting unforgettable moments or places.
Key features
- First-class lens
- Used lenses of type FLD and SLD
- Excellent luminosity for high-quality photos under poor lighting conditions
- Great parameters, wide angle of view
Help for perfect photos
The lens consists of 20 optical elements in 14 groups with FLD and SLD lenses. What else do you need? The SLD lens is made of low-light glass. It compensates for image magnification and chromatic aberration. The result is higher optical quality of the lens. But the FLD lens is even better. It is made from glass with the lowest scattering of light. Compared to ELD or SLD lenses, it delivers the most light. It ensures colour correction, sharpness of the photo and improved optical quality.
HSM refers to a motor-driven lens that operates on the ultrasonic wave principle. This ensures that the autofocus is silent and fast. Using the abbreviation DG, you will identify the lenses for both full-format and APS-C SLRs. Under the OS abbreviation is the optical stabilisation.
Great parameters are the basis for success
The lens also has very good parameters. The basis is a very broad viewing angle of 84.1° degrees, min. aperture of f/16 and min. focus distance of 25cm. Use the SIGMA 24mm F1.4 DG HSM ART to take photos of your travels, landscapes, weddings and other major events. With the Sigma USB Dock compatibility, you can easily set up and update your firmware.
