Suunto 3 Fitness Gold is Smart like Never Before
The fitness watch is able to smartly use and combine the possibilities of its optical pulse sensor and the technology it is equipped with. Based on your performance and measured values, it plans and designs the ideal form of training plans tailored to your needs. It generates a seven-day plan that you should handle according to your condition, while taking into account the importance of rest. If you miss an exercise, or get excited and do a little more than planned, Suunto Fitness 3 automatically adapts your training plan accordingly. And it's not only about 7-day plans; additional real-time guidance with heart rate zones during every workout help ensure you train at the right intensity.
Fitness Watch for Bed and under Water
Suunto 3 Fitness Gold is ideal for all-day wear including the night. It can monitor sleep quality, which is also important for exercise planning. You don't have to take it off even when you go swimming. Its perfectly processed case is waterproof and resists water pressure up to a depth of 30 metres. It is also suitable for regular recreational diving, during which heartbeat data can come in useful. In addition, a brand new, smart mobile app will be introduced in the spring of 2018 to fully exploit all the possibilities of this fitness watch and get you training through your smartphone as well.
