Dobrý den, můžu se prosím zeptat, jak je možné, že ostatní shopy, dokonce i sám blizzard jsou schopni dodat kolektorskou edici World of warcraft battle for azeroth ještě den před vydáním, což je 13.8., ale Alza dodá teprve na pobočku až ve čtvtek 16.8.?! Kdybych teď objednávku zrušil a objednal jinde, tak myslím, že by mi přišla taktéž ve čtvrtek a to jsem si ji nemusel objednávat v květnu. Myslím si, že to je celkem selhání, protože cokoliv co jsem si objednal na pobočku přišlo až o dva dny později, kdežto jinde by mi to i domů přišlo hned druhý den, když je odbjednávka hotova do určité hodiny. Navíc ještě 35kč pro osobní vyzvednutí, nebo doprava, ikdyž je cena i kolem 30 tisíc. O peníze mi vůbec nejde, jde zde o princip, které jiné eshopy normálně mají. Od takového gigant eshopu bych čekal lepší způsoby. Do budoucna budu velmi zvažovat, zda si ještě něco objednat a doporučovat lidem alzu ještě mnohem více. Nepotřebuji odpověď na dotaz, šlo spíše o informaci. Děkuji za pozonost.
