Customise your crew
XCOM 2 once again offers extensive options for customising your team, which you then send on difficult missions. In addition to weapons and equipment, you can improve their traits, work with their unique abilities and skills, and together, completely change the course of future battles.

Every mission will be a challenge
Thanks to the new combat system, which offers greater flexibility and dynamism, you will have to approach each mission specifically. On your journey to liberate humanity, you will find yourself in the middle of a wasteland as well as in the city centre, with the combat always depending on the environment, which will provide different options for cover from enemy fire and so on. It will be up to you to make the best use of your team's abilities and not to lose its members unnecessarily.
The graphics have seen substantial improvements over the past, making the game more realistic.
Base management will again play a major role—upgrade, modify and gain new allies.
XCOM on the run - but all in good time
Take command of the Avenger, an alien supply craft that has been converted into XCOM's mobile headquarters. From here you will send your units around the world, gather allies and uncover the aliens' sinister plans. Control new units, get to know and deal with new alien races and hybrids with human DNA, and show the uninvited visitors that Earth is still strong and full of determination.
