Dobrý den, Mám potíže s připojením zvlhčovače AH510 k aplikaci Venta Home. Celý proces připojení proběhne pokaždé v pořádku, ale na poslední obrazovce, když po úspěšném připojení stisknu "ukončit", se objeví nekonečná načítací obrazovka s nápisem: "Přístroj Original connect je zaveden... (1/2)", takže nemohu přejít na domovskou obrazovku a ovládat své zařízení. Čekala jsem opravdu dlouho ale načítací obrazovka nikdy nezmizí. Zkoušela jsem to hodněkrát a vždy byl stejný výsledek. Několikrát jsem restartovala telefon i zvlhčovač a změnila jsem WiFi, ale nic nepomohlo. Existuje prosím nějaký způsob, jak tento problém vyřešit? Děkuji!
