Dobrý deň, otázku som položil ešte 13. JAN 2017. do dnešného dňa nik neodpovedal. Bola by prosím Alza tak ochotná a odpovedala na otázku o vlastnom produkte? Naozaj by ma to potešilo, kedže zvažujem kúpu PC v horizonte týždňov. Otázka je nižšie - dokáže reálne karta a tento PC utiahnúť tri monitory na FHD v tejto konfigurácii?

Dobry den, potreboval by som radu k tomuto pc, kupvall som ho u vas a niekedy po zapnuti mi uz chrapci jeden ventilator(mam pocit, ze ide o zadny. Tak sa chcem opytat o radu pri vbere nejakeho noveho, kedze neviem ktory by tam bol najvhodnejsi, pripadne by som vymenil aj predny. Dakujem Rastislav

dobry den, nuz na zadnej skrinke nenam ziadnu viditelnu pecat, tak neviem akym sposobom byva zapecatena u alza. Mozno by bolo asi vhodne keby som to dal urobit nejakemu vasemu technikovi, viem si to aj sam, ale su tam drahe kpmponenty a neras by som nieco pobabral :). Len by ma zaujimalo ako sa da zisti zapecatena skrinka. pc som uz mal v servise u vas (reklamacia ssd disku) tak neviem ci skrinku servisaci aj zapecatili. dakujem. Rastislav Ratulovsky

Dobry den, mam zakupeny tovar, kod tovaru sklAMD5j2 u vas, jedna sa o PC , ktory uz vlastne u vas predaj skoncil, myslim si, ze je na nom stale zaruka, no moja otazka sa tyka skor udrzby ako zasahu a technickeho zaujmu. Tak sa chcem opytat, ci je mozne skriknu otvorit a vysat v nom parch, ktory sa tam pouzivanim nahromaduje. Neviem, ci je alebo nieje mozne takuto vec si vykonat sam v case zaruky produktu, Dakujem. Dobrý den, chtěl bych se zeptat proč se mi při jakékoliv hře Pc po cca 10 min restartuje a po restartu mi napíše že se WIN nezavedl správně? Zkoušel jsem, vypnout aktualizace, odinstalovat aktualizace i tovární nastavení WIN. Poraďte prosím diky
