Dnes jsem zakoupil tento pack a nefunguje mi v tiskárně OfficeJet pro 7720. Hlásí mi to, ať odstraním nové kazety a opakuji krok. Prosím o rychlé info, jak zprovoznit! Asi máte problém s firmawarem u tiskáren a kompatibilitou vašich kazet s HP. Pak ale nechápu, proč to prodáváte, když to nefunguje!!!
