AlzaPlus+ and Alza Premium: what’s the difference?

AlzaPlus+ and Alza Premium are two different services. An AlzaPlus+ membership gives you free delivery to AlzaBoxes, stores and other collection points for just 299 CZK a year. What does Alza Premium include?

Alza Premium brings a selection of key benefits to improve your shopping and after‑care experience. These are:
- Free home delivery
- AlzaPlus+ discounts
- 30-day returns

How does free delivery work with Alza Premium?

As an Alza Premium member, you get free home delivery within the Czech Republic. Simply choose one of the delivery options marked “Free” at checkout and we’ll deliver your order to your chosen address.
Free delivery covers the shipping cost only – additional services such as carrying items inside, installation or other premium delivery options remain chargeable and are not included in this benefit.

Can I use AlzaPlus+ discounts as an Alza Premium member?

Yes, as an Alza Premium member you can take advantage of selected AlzaPlus+ discounts on eligible products. Just enter the discount code at checkout and it will be applied automatically. Please note that availability of discounts is time-limited.

Will I get half my money back if I cancel halfway through the subscription period?

The service is prepaid and refunds are not available. You can continue to use all your benefits until the end of your current subscription period.

I cancelled Alza Premium. Why am I still receiving Alza Premium e-mails?

You are most likely still within the period you have already paid for. Once this period ends, the e-mails will stop.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by turning off automatic renewal in the My Alza Premium section. You will then continue to use the service until the end of the paid period, after which it will be cancelled. For trial versions, the service is cancelled immediately.
