Dobrý den, dne 27.12. 2020 jsem zakoupila tvrzené sklo Clear Glass Protector pro LG Velvet od Alza.cz. Při dodržení postupu nalepení skla dle návodu, který jsem krok po kroku aplikovala, jsem zjistila, že vnitřní plocha skla není opatřena lepivou vrstvou a tudíž nelze sklo na displej telefonu nalepit. Uvedené potvrzuje i skutečnost, že se na kontaktní ploše skla a displeje vytvoří četné Newtonovy kroužky, tj. skla k sobě nepřilnou a volně se po sobě pohybují. Zadala jsem již požadavek na reklamaci a očekávám řešení v podobě vrácení peněz a nebo dodání skla nového a funkčního.
