The last volume of the full-colour textbook contains anatomy of the cardiovascular system, central nervous system, peripheral cerebrospinal and autonomic nerves, skin and sensory organs. It also includes topographical notes and notes on practical (applied) anatomy.

This part has been edited and completed: prof. MUDr. Radomír Čihák, DrSc., prof. MUDr. Rastislav Druga, DrSc., and prof. MUDr. Miloš Grim, DrSc. The book was illustrated by: academic painter Ivan Helekal, Mgr. Jan Kacvinský and Stanislav Macháček. The publication contains 340 original colour composite pictures and photographs. Three-volume set of anatomies by the main author prof. MUDr. Radomír Čihák, DrSc., is considered to be one of the highlights of our professional literature, both in terms of didactic and illustrative aspects and in terms of precision and execution.

At the request of the authors and students, this volume is divided into three separate volumes, which gives the reader more possibilities to use the extensive publication in teaching or practice.
Excellent textbooks that have been in demand for many years by both faculties and clinical departments. Due to the continuous interest, the authors are constantly adding new findings in the field. The kit is considered a cornerstone for lifelong learning in both the theoretical and pre- and clinical areas of medicine. The whole multi-volume didactic publication has not been surpassed in its professional level and is regularly updated according to the current knowledge. All volumes are richly illustrated in colour with original illustrations totalling 1400, often consisting of multiple drawings.
