Dobrý den, máme od Vás dvě tyto tiskárny a bohužel teď obě nějak umřely. Na jedné jdou špatně motory, takže osa z se při tisku začne zvedat a na druhé tiskárně když spustím tisk nebo jen předehřátí, tak dojde teplota do cca 130 "C a pak se zasekne a spadne na nulu. Prosím je tady nějaký servis, kde by se na to mohli podívat (již jsou po záruce)?
