The GeForce GTX 1080 is expected to advance virtual reality significantly thanks to its brand new GDDR5X memory. A new manufacturing process enables it to reach faster throughput, and the memory clock has skyrocketed to a stunning 10 GHz.

Generally, you can expect up to 3 times faster performance when using VR applications.

A serious increase in power

The ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition is equipped with a reference cooler, which holds up well when overclocking the card by up to 15%. Not that it's necessary, however; with most popular games, the GeForce GTX 1080 provides a 30% performance boost compared with the GeForce GTX 980 Ti.

Alza asi nepočula o MSRP (Manufacturer's suggested retail price) to je že výrobca určí približnú cenu daného produktu v tomto prípade GTX 1080(Founders edition) predajcovia by NEMALI! predávať nad danú cenu! ale môžu ísť pod cenu čo sa ale nikdy nestáva. Na oficialnej Nvidia stránke ide tato karta po 699$ External Link a tu ide po skoro 800 Euro čo je nenormálna cena. +nechápem prečo je tam písane (predobjednávka)???Release bol 27 mája To akože vám neposlali žiadne kusy? a vy si teraz "ako keby" účtujete za poštovne a všetky veci čo k tomu patrí lebo to musíte objednávať zo zahraničia??? Proste nechápem o čo tu ide. Ak to bude takto aj s aftermarket kartami, ktoré majú ísť po 599$ ako napriklad (Gigabyte windforce,Zotac AMP,EVGA FTW,ASUS Strix, atd...) tak to tu nikto nekúpi. To vám garantujem. Normálni človek si radšej objedná zo zahraničia a VYJDE HO TO EŠTE LACNEJŠIE AKO U VÁS. Prosím niekoho nech mi dokáže vysvetliť o čo tu ide? Ďakujem.

Dobrý den, kolik monitorů je možné napojit na jednu tuto kartu? Uvažuji o koupi, ale mám 5 monitor setup z toho jsou 3 v eyefinity (mám 390 od amd). Limitace Nvidia karet, byla vždy 4 monitory, proto jsem musel vždy skončit u AMD... je tato karta schopna využít všech 5 portů co má? Nebo je to pořád na "4 max" na kartu... Děkuji

Raději počkejte na nereference. Referenční 1080 má nekvalitní PCB, špatné napájení a problémy s chlazením. Předražený mainstream za cenu hight endu.
