The Mestic electric cool box is an excellent accessory for longer journeys, holidays and picnics. The compressor cool box works on the same principle as a standard domestic fridge, using a compressor and a cooling medium, and is ideal for long-term use. The temperature is selectable in the range of -18 to 10°C. Thanks to its 56L capacity, it is suitable for longer journeys when you need to take more food and drinks for the whole family. Its advantage is the low noise level, which is similar to a normal conversation and amounts to 45dB. The Mestic electric cool box is suitable for use in a car (12V) as well as a lorry (24V) or caravan, but it can also be plugged into any 230V socket.

Convenient Cool Box Controls
An important part of the electric cool box is the battery protection system. A drop in voltage on the car battery below a safe level triggers the fridge to switch off automatically, thus preventing damage to the car battery. The electric cool box will start up again when the voltage rises above the starting value. A clear display contributes to simple and quick operation. The available USB port allows for easy power bank charging and powering of electronic devices. The electric cool box further minimises its consumption thanks to the ECO mode and offers a function for rapid cooling of freshly stored food.
