Keeping your battery in good condition
The battery is partially charged at the factory, yet its capacity and performance are still below 100%. Therefore, for optimal battery formatting, it is recommended to go through a full charge and full discharge cycle at least 3 times at the beginning. Battery capacity is reduced by permanent connection to the power supply, so we recommend that you disconnect it from time to time. If the battery is not in use, store it in a dry place, and check and recharge it every six months.
Potential causes of battery damage
One of the most common causes of battery degradation is when you discharge it completely and then leave it unused for a long time. Do not expose the battery to temperatures above 60°C, and if the battery is exposed to temperatures below 5°C, charge it only after reaching room temperature. Only use the battery in the devices for which it is intended. Also be careful that the battery is not subjected to a short circuit or higher discharge currents. Protect your battery from mechanical damage, chemical agents, and moisture.
