dobrý den mám problém s mikrofonem kdy se občas nezapne a manuálně ho musím zapnout z ovládacích panelů. tento problém už mám nějakou dobu. nicméně teď mikrofon přestal fungovat úplně. je nějaká možnost jak vyresetovat sluchátka do továrního nastavení? děkuji
