Dobrý den, vlastním tuto tiskárnu již 2 dny a po 1 dnů používání přestalo fungovat zastavující tlačítko osy z a oba senzory teploty. Nevíte jak to opravit případně jestli se na to vztahuje reklamace?

Dobrý den, před rokem jsem zakoupil tento produkt. Momentálně se mi při tisku stává že i když je první vrstva dobrá tak na finálním modelu některé vrstvy úplně chybí, tisk je nerovnoměrný a po opakované kalibraci řemenů a podložky se model nedotiskne . V tiskové hlavě se opakovaně zasekává filamet i po vyčištění a výměně trysky. Proto bych měl dotaz jestli tyto chyby mohu odstranit v domácích podmínkách nebo je odeslat na reklamaci.
