Fitbit Alta monitors your day or night activity. It counts the number of steps, distance, calories burned and number of active minutes. The SmartTrack feature automatically recognizes the type of physical activity you're undertaking and, if you haven't moved in a while, it will prompt you to do so with a friendly notification.
Watch the progress of your activities on the OLED display, awakened by gently tapping. The display also notifies you of calls, text-messages or calendar alerts that Fitbit Alta receives from a paired iPhone or Android or Windows Phone through the Fitbit app. Evaluating how you have done and all your progress translates into transparent graphs and statistics.
Alta is no ordinary sports fitness bracelet - it only confidently exudes style that reflects your personality. It keeps you fit and is equally fit as elegant attire. In short, this bracelet requires no compromise and can accompany you from your morning jog to your evening formal dinner date
At night, it automatically monitors how long and how well you sleep, with the results clearly displayed in a chart. Set a silent alarm, and bracelet will wake you pleasantly with a gentle vibration.
